On occasion an item that is order may not be
available for shipping as it is on backorder
with the manufacturer. When backorders
occur we will ship all other items that are
available and note on your invoice that the
item is on backorder at the time of
shipping. When backordered items become
available we will ship these items to you at
no further shipping costs to you. If the
item is going to be on backorder for a long
period of time (more than 45 days) we will
try to contact you to see if you would like
to change the color or select a different
item that can be shipped sooner.
We are not able to continuously email our
customers to update them on the status of a
backordered item, we will notify customers
about the backorder when the original order
ships then again when the backordered items
ship. Once a customer receives the
notification of a backordered item, you may
contact us to change the backordered item to
a different item, a different color of the
same item or to cancel the backorder
completely. If there is no contact from the
customer about the backordered item, we will
keep the item on backorder and ship as soon
as it becomes available from the
manufacturer.
