that you would like to cancel your order. In
your email to the cancellation department
you must state that you have read and agree
to the terms as stated in the cancellation
policies.
* All cancellations are subject to a 20%
canceling charge.
* If your items have already been mailed,
the order can not be cancelled. You must
follow the return policy at that point.
* Any
refused packages or undeliverable packages
due to customer error will be subject to a
20% restocking fee plus actual shipping
charges will be taken from the refunded
amount.

these policies at any time without written
