 Damaged Merchandise Policy

 


Please inspect your order when you receive it to make sure there are no manufacturer defects.   Please contact us within 24 hours of the package being delivered to let us know of the manufacturer defect.  You will be given instructions at that time on how to go about exchanging the damaged item for another one.

Damaged Shipping Package

 If your package arrives damaged, and the merchandise inside is damaged keep the package and contact the carrier to let them know that the package was damaged.  This is necessary in order to be able to make an insurance claim with the delivery company.  Also contact us to let us know that it arrived damaged so we will be able to make the insurance claim and ship you a replacement for the damaged items.
