Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our Web site may be incorrectly priced due to human error. But know that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures and catch any errors in pricing at that time.

* If a products correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item. Or if your card has been charged at the higher price we will refund the difference from the higher price to the corrected price to your credit card.

* If a products correct price is higher than our stated price, we will at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Product Orders

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THIS SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on this site does not imply that the product or service is presently available or that we endorse that product or service. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from a supplier, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Limitations on Quantity

We reserve the right to limit quantities. Enchanted Dreams, LLC does not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single item or on large orders of many individual items.
 

Processing Time

Your order is thoroughly reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the review, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
