Canceling Orders
* Notify us by email at
cancelorder@enchanted-dreams.com that you would like
to cancel your order.
* All cancellations are subject to a 20%
canceling charge.
* If your items have already been mailed, the order can not be cancelled.
You must follow the return policy at that point.
* Any refused packages or undeliverable packages due to customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus actual shipping charges will be taken from the refunded amount.
